  • Hi @latrad

Thanks for the kind words and the review!

Actually the Complianz plugin forces a reload when needed. Could you communicate the URL of the website? You can do this here or log a support ticket at complianz.io/support. We will have a look why your Facebook button isn’t working correctly.

edit: apologies, I see the URL you provided. Could you specify the page this button is displayed on? We are looking at your home page, which seems to be working as expected.

    Kind regards,
    Leon

Hi Aert, just, you can say me where is the cookies privacy page generated by the plugin? I can see it on the menu but iompossible to find it in the pages.
Just because when i scan my website with cookiemetrix.com, i have this line in the report : https://www.latraddedonzere.fr/author/mygale151080/
You think is the cookies generated page from the plugin who tell my administrator name?

    Hi @latrad,

The Cookie Policy should be under Pages. You can find it by searching under pages for politique-de-cookies or you can go to the page directly when logged in. You can visit https://www.latraddedonzere.fr/politique-de-cookies/ and see a top menu from WordPress. You should be able to find ‘edit page’ and find the page this way.

The URL mentioned is not from Complianz, but WordPress itself. It will generate author pages when the blog is used. You can change the name under “users” in your WordPress Dashboard. If you don’t want to use this option, you can disable this.

    Hope this helps, regards Aert

Hi Aert, yes I found the page by this way, well ??

I don’t use the blog and it’s a new administrator account with this name users “Administrateur”. I’have never writed article or others things like that with this administrator account and I have changed the user name before the scan.
    It’s very strange… I ask in a French support for that ??

Just one thing, I have a google cookie line in this scan and this line is red, so not good I think, how I can arrange that for have 100% protected? Now it’s good 70%.

Thanks for all and good day

    Hi @latrad,

NID Cookies contain browser preferences for users when they use a Google related service. These do not contain personal data, but data related to your preferred language and Google settings, like SafeSearch Filter etc.

This will be used in relation to Google Fonts, Maps or ReCaptcha after consent is given for these services. As I can see, you’re using ReCaptcha. This will be in relation to that service.

    Hope this helps,

    regards Aert
