Refresh page after dropdown

Hello,
I’m using your plugin and it’s great. Only problem is:
– I have made a search by selecting certain category and tag. When I select new category the tags dropdown shows tags from the current category. Is it possible to refresh page after selecting the category so that the tags dropdown would show the right tags depending on the first dropdown?https://www.ads-software.com/extend/plugins/cat-tag-filter-widget/
