Thank you for your reporting this issue. I confirmed and fixed it.

I’d appreciate if you check 3.0.4.1rc in https://github.com/tokkonopapa/WordPress-IP-Geo-Block/archive/3.0.5.zip

1. Deactivate IPGB.
2. Download the above zip file and unzip it.
3. Upload only ip-geo-block folder to your /wp-content/plugins/ Overwriting is OK.
4. Activate IPGB again.

3.0.4.1rc release note:

• Fix the error on updating 3.0.4.
• Fix the issue of unexpected redirection on anchor tag with empty href in multisite.

It works fine for almost one hour, but the problem happened with the plugin of Ultimate Appointment Scheduling again after that time, please check.

Your current version is exactly the same as release version (3.0.4.1) on WP.org.

The cause of this issue was “Anchor tag without href but with onclick=…” could not be handle properly in IPGB 3.0.4, but in 3.0.4.1 it was fixed.

Now I installed scheduling plugin again and checked whether if the issue is still there. But I found nothing bad. Everything works fine.

There must be some trigger. Would you identify it so that I can reproduce your issue.
