refreshed_fragments causes 404

Hi all,
I am encountering 404 errors for post requests with the parameter wc-ajax=get_refreshed_fragments. Searching didn’t provide any hints. All Plugins were deactivated and I am running with the latest versions. Hope someone has a hint
