Refreshing cart adds another free gift

    I have a rule stating that when a $25 gift card is added to cart then a $5 bonus card (separate product) is added. However, when you are in the cart page and hit the browser refresh button, another free item is added. The user can keep clicking refresh to add an unlimited amount of free items. Also, this issue is seen when changing the quantity of the free item in cart.
