• Hi, we are running into an issue on our client’s website when trying to map the CF7 form to a HubSpot object.

The client added a new HubSpot object to HubSpot and when we click on the Refresh Objects to get it to appear for mapping purposes, all previously saved HS objects get removed (breaking all mapping to CF7 forms) and we are left only with the default (Object, Company, Task, Deal…) objects in the select field.

It seems that they get deleted from the wp_options vxcf_hubspot_meta field but we are not sure why.

There are no console errors, nothing in the logs. Form submissions to HubSpot for the already mapped forms work like a charm. Test connection returns success. Account status is a green checkmark.

Other thing to note is that the client has Sucuri firewall enabled on their server.

So, basically, my question is how to get the Refresh Object button to import and not delete HS objects, and what might be causing this issue? Since the connection to HubSpot works for all other features of the plugin, but refreshing objects (and field for that matter).

Edit: Is there a way to manually add a HubSpot object directly in the database? What would be the necessary HS Object data in order to do so? I noticed that the previously saved objects have a guid with the vxf_ prefix (vxf_7bd3bafa-e7a1-4166-95da-38b458181075). What is the source of those guids? Are they generated by HubSpot and sent through by the api or internally by the plugin?

    Any help would be appreciated.

    Thanks.
