    Hi there,

    I issued a refund this morning and it came back with the error “Remote Id for parent can’t be found”. This is creating an issue where 1. refunds are showing up in my orders, and 2. have sent the same refund multiple times.

    Do you have a timeline on a fix for this?

    I’ve updated my plugin within the last 30 mins to 2.1.3

    Thank you very much for reaching out to us and apologies for our delayed response!

    This was an error that was caused in one of the latest versions of our plugin, however, version 2.1.3 was deployed soon after that was aimed to resolve this issue. Would it be possible to let me know if after updating, the issue persisted on your end?
