    Good afternoon,

    I would like to know why was I charged for the free trial? It said/stated/announced it was free and that you only took my credit card details because needed, but that you wouldn’t charge anything. And to my surprise, I was fully charged (for a service I didn’t ask or subscribe for), but it still says I have a free account (which is obviously not free, therefore misleading, confusing and dishonest) and on top of it, doesn’t work properly/integrate/connect to my account/website on WordPress. I request a full refund as soon as possible. I already cancelled my subscription and previously submitted a ticket and requested a refund I haven’t heard anything nor received any refund yet. And it has already been almost a month. The refund amount should be 61,93€.
