    I no longer use your product, but the subscription money was written off. I wrote to the support on the site twice – no answer. E-mail – [email protected]

    Please make a refund.

    Hi Tony,

    I have already replied to your support ticket and processed the refund. You might want to check your spam folder for the support ticket reply.

    A refund might take a few days to show up on your card statement. So you should see it within the next couple of days.
