I purchased this software as it was a video plug in I required that day to work on for the company I work for. The site said to click to upgrade and I would be sent the pro version which I paid for. The software did not arrive, and I was left without the abiltiy to work on the website. I then had to purchase another produce so I could complete my work on time. I immediately wrote to them in 3 separate emails asking to ensure the payment is NOT processed. I even logged a ticket. There was no reply. It wasn’t until several days later, on the 28th, the software payment went through and they processed the order, ignoring my request for cancellation. I require a full refund, as the software was unable to be used, and my request for cancellation was ignored. Thank you. I have previously send an email but had no reply. The order is awaiting a Pay Pal refund. I can’t send a private message, and the orderi field wont allow my order ID input, and sends me to public post here. Thank you
