Refund ability based on user role

    Hi,
    I want to block my employees to be able to send refunds on the Order page with the “Refund via stripe credit cards” button. How is that possible? They have “shop manager” user role in wordpress, but I want to let send refunds only for administrators. Or is there any user role that can process orders, but not able to send refunds?

    Do you know what is the solution? I think that’s dangerous that every shop manager can issue a refund to the buyer with one click.

    Hi @adampmc

    Since that’s all WooCommerce functionality, I recommend you direct your request to the WoooCommerce support forum. WooCommerce controls the html rendering and permissions associated with the refund buttons.
