refund button not showing

We have checked through the screenshot that you have select the order status in which you want to refund your customer is cancelled and the order on which you are checking refund button is in processing state, kindly check the below attached screenshots and check once by adding processing status too and if further any issue then kindly update us.

But the “Select to show refund button on pages” option isn’t working properly.

=> You are also getting one more page name with “Order View Page” please select that page also on the same “Select to show refund button on pages” setting after that button will show on order view page as well.

Can I remove that message button in the thank you page (checkout)?

You can disable this setting if you don’t want to show the view order message button but for now plugin don’t have such restriction to show button on specific pages.
