    I don’t understand why I am not receiving a confirmation when I contact support here: [email protected]. It’s regarding a refund as specified in their policy on their website. I’m starting to get really worried. It would be the least to receive a message confirming that my message has been received. Just a confirmation would be greatly appreciated.

    Hi, same for me. I did 4 emails to get a refund. The 1st email was last week and I have no answer! Can you please confirm that we get a refund? ID : [email protected].
