Refund confirmation ?

I don’t understand why I am not receiving a confirmation when I contact support here: [email protected]. It’s regarding a refund as specified in their policy on their website. I’m starting to get really worried. It would be the least to receive a message confirming that my message has been received. Just a confirmation would be greatly appreciated.
