Refund donation and renewal donation from GiveWP dashboard

    Hi,

    I’m not sure if I am missing something, but I cannot seem to find the option to refund from the giveWP dashboard.
    I’m not sure if it is some fantasy that I believed it was an option or it was an option which was removed.
    From the changelog it seems it was supported since version 1.4 but I cannot find any documentation on it nor do I see the option in my dashboard.

    Please let me know if I am missing a setting or something else or if it was removed.

    Hi @chabadrichmond,

    That only applies to Stripe payments.
    First, you need to change the status of the donation to Refunded, a new option will show up to also refund in Stripe, check that and save the donation.

    I always recommend that you double-check in Stripe that the donation was in fact refunded.
