  • Received this error trying to refund a payment on the website.

    RefundTransaction call failed.

    Error Code: 0
    Detailed Error Message: Could not resolve host: api-3t.paypal.com

    I’ve been seeing this with lots of different PayPal API calls over the past few days. I believe the issue is on their end. I am reaching out to them to get it worked out.

    Yes the plugin is good, was a server side issue.
