Hi,
I bought your paid version of plugin in your site last year.
And I don’t wanted to renew the subscription but it renewed automatically.So, I had requested the refund and cancellation several time via the zendesk support ticket in your site, as you described that ‘only receive the ticket using the button in the corner of the page’.
But I haven’t received any response yet
Do I have to wait more? Or what can I do?
