    From the screenshot shared, it looks like you might have added the refund amount to the wrong field (the note field).
    See the attached screenshot for reference.

    Please let me know if the issue persists after adding the refund amount correctly.

    Thank you for your answer.

    Finally my client refunded it via the interface of Mollie ?? So I don’t know.
