Refund option nog working.

    Hi, when we try to refund there is a message which says we can’t.

    WordPress: 5.2.4
    WooCommerce: 3.7.1
    Mollie: 5.3.0

    Error message:
    “Mollie doesn’t allow a partial refund of the full amount or quantity of at least one order line. Use ‘Refund amount’ instead. The WooCommerce order item ID is 4564, Mollie order line ID is odl_5xgmyi.”

    We are filling in all the details for the refund. The “Refund amount” area is filled automatically since an update in WooCommerce (don’t know when). Please help.

    And the new method requires to use the quantity on a order line… so perhaps there is some misunderstanding between Woo and Mollie since the new refund method?

    did you select the number of items first?

    Mollie doesn’t allow partial refunds. You may use the Refund manually button instead. All should work fine.
