    Hi im also finding that when i refund a customer, the points and rewards refund email is not showing anything but on the points page in my account its shows it was deducted successfully

    In reference to your query, please note that currently, the email will tell only on completion of an order how many points a user has earned on a particular order and now how many total points are there in the user’s account.

    For order refunds, you can check the details of the points from the “View points log” under the points tab.

    In reference to your query, please note that you can stop the email that is being sent from our plugin. So, please confirm exactly which email do you want to stop.

    If you want to stop the email that are coming with our plugin, you can check the “Points Notification” tab, you can disable the email using this setting. Or if you want to disable some other email, please let us know, so that we can check.
