Hi, im actually talking about the points and reward email where it supposed to tell you how many points were deducted and how many you have left. please check this link

In reference to your query, please note that currently, the email will tell only on completion of an order how many points a user has earned on a particular order and now how many total points are there in the user’s account.

For order refunds, you can check the details of the points from the “View points log” under the points tab.

is there anyway to stop that email from being sent

In reference to your query, please note that you can stop the email that is being sent from our plugin. So, please confirm exactly which email do you want to stop.

If you want to stop the email that are coming with our plugin, you can check the “Points Notification” tab, you can disable the email using this setting. Or if you want to disable some other email, please let us know, so that we can check.
