    Hello,

    Is it really true that you don’t offer a proper money-back guarantee?

    I get that you are confident in your products, and you ask to check the demo first, but there is no way to test your Pro features without buying the Pro version. And if that doesn’t suit our needs, that’s just tough luck? Is this even legal?

    Don’t think I ever saw another plugin developer that didn’t offer at least a 14 days “no questions money back guarantee”. Surely that would be no problem with actual confidence in the product.

    I am really surprised and I really regret buying your product without reading your refund policy…
