    When I go to an order to refund and check the items I want refunded it says after pay back:

    Remote ID for parent order not found.

    What’s wrong? Havent had this before.

    Hi there @katfrajoe,

    This is an error processing the refund on the payment provider side of things. I’d recommend getting in touch with them to investigate further.

    That’s strange because I am refunding by hand, so no payment provider…

    1. Look up the order
    2. Press pay back (in Dutch: terugbetalen)
    3. Set the product which has been returned to 1
    4. Press pay back by hand (handmatig terugbetalen in Dutch)
    5. Say ok to the warning (are you sure)

    Thank you for that! Have you already tried a conflict test? We have some documentation here: https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/how-to-test-for-conflicts/
    That would be my next suggestion for troubleshooting as I’m not able to reproduce the issue on my own test site

    Hi @katfrajoe,

    I noticed that you have the Facebook for WooCommerce extension active. There have been reports of it interfering with dashboard refunds. Try disabling it and see if you can send a refund after that.

    @3sonsdevelopment there has been a fix for that plugin last week, since then it has been fixed and working as before.

    This is solved.
