    Hello Guys,

    It has been two weeks since we have a problem when trying to refund an order from Woocomerce, it just keeps spinning, and when we reload the page it says the order has been refunded, and sometimes it is not actually refunded on Paypal but just show the message on Woocomerce.

    Please advise.

    Usually, the refund process should complete within a few seconds, so if it’s continuously spinning, there might be an issue.

    I recommend enabling the logging function in the Connection tab, if you haven’t already. This feature helps diagnose issues with the plugin’s operations. Once you’ve turned on logging, try to issue another refund and see if you’re experiencing the same difficulties. Please send us a copy of your log file after the refund has been issued.

    Keep in mind the logs may contain sensitive details, so if you’re not comfortable sharing them on a public forum, you’re welcome to share them privately with our support team.

    Thank you for the response, after trying what you suggested, this is the log we get:

    Hi @gentlemako

    Apologies for getting back to you just now.
    The log entry you shared is a success message. The plugin attempted a refund, and PayPal responded with 201, which is a success message.

    So as far as I can tell, the refund/void should be recorded on the PayPal side. Can you confirm this is the case?
    If the refund is recorded in PayPal but not in WooCommerce for some reason, you could also issue a manual refund in WooCommerce.

    But please let us know the status of both the WooCommerce order and the PayPal order after this refund.
