Refund request

  • I bought that theme and I was 3 weeks working with the support people of the theme because it has a LOT of errors, after the last “correction” that was a mess I ask for the refund and they just stop writing and disappeared. So I do not know who can help me to push them, they should be kick out from the wordpress themes offers since their theme was TERRIBLE
    Please can any one know who can help me?

    YOu did not buy it from us. Please contact the vendor directly or your payment processor if you wish to dispute the payment.

    I’ve removed the “page I need help with” since that’s a bogus URL.
