    Hi, I am trying to get a refund and WPSwings is not doing this for me. I made the request within a short time of making my purchase.

    I had one issue, which was resolved, but I would still like to cancel. As per the written policy this is allowed within 30 days.

    Has anyone ever successfully received a refund?

    If more information is required as to why I would like a refund then I am happy to provide it.

    While I accept that this isn′t necessarily a support issue, I am having no luck with all of the other ways for progressing this issue

    After a nice response from support I can now happily say that my refund has been processed. I am happy for this issue to be closed.
