    Hello,

I have a refund policy on my website that states that the customer has 30 days to request a refund. All of my products are online.

Can I set my WooCommerce payments to my bank account 30 days after the customer pays me?

    Thank you!

  • Hi there @michaelacaggi

As I understand, you have installed and activated the WooCommerce Payments plugin at your store, and your inquiry is about holding the funds for 30 days, in case a customer requests a refund – per the store’s refund policy. Correct?

If a customer contacts you to request a refund, and your refund policy permits it, you can refund their payment from within the usual WooCommerce dashboard.

Feel free to check out the related documentation on refunds, through WooCommerce Payments, for more details on this.

Please let us know if you have any further questions about this matter, or if we misinterpret your concern in any way. We will be happy to help you further.

The problem is, I currently have it set to be paid on the 28th of every month. So if someone buys my product say on the 20th I will still get their money on the 28th. Would the refund function on WooCommerce’s dashboard still work if the money is in my bank account?

    Hi @michaelacaggi

The Manual refund does not?refund the customer via the payment gateway. Continue on to your payment gateway’s dashboard to start the refund process there, or transfer the money manually back to them.

You can find more detail here: https://woocommerce.com/document/woocommerce-refunds/#manual-refunds

    I hope that helps!
