Refunded $0 and want to refund full amount

    So I didn’t realize I needed to type the exact amount into the Refund box, so it refunded $0. And now the box is greyed out and I can put the correct amount in. And I’m seeing a note that the order is no longer editable. Is there a way for me to refund (this is thru Stripe).

    Hi there,

    Even after processing a $0 refund, you should still be able to refund via Stripe. Rather than trying to enter an amount directly in that greyed out box, you can adjust the quantity or $ amount that you want to refund directly on the line items:

    I see that now. A little non-intuitive, no? And ultimately I did go to Stripe and refund through it. Thanks for your fast response.
