    Dear support,

    I noticed today that items that refunds are not considered when generating the packing slip.

    Steps to replicate:

    1. create an order with a product and quantity 2
    2. refund 1 of the 2 items
    3. print the packing slip

    The packing slip will still show quantity 2.

    Are you by any chance using our Professional extension? If so, you should email us at [email protected], as we can’t support paid plugins on the forums.

    If you’re only using the free version, you would need to email us just the same, as refunded information is handled by our Professional plugin and not the free version.

    Hello @dwpriv I’m not using the professional extension, I am on the free version.

    I will write you an email to know how we can have the Packing Slips with the correct information.
