Refunds

    Hi,

    We have installed the latest version (1.2.0) the EMS Online plugin on our webshop, but we don’t see a button for Refund through EMS Online. There is only the option to do a refund manually.

    I also can find a switch for turning it on or off.

    Any ideas?

    Apparently the manual refund button does refund in de EMS portal, a bit confusing, but this can be marked as solved.
