    This morning I did a partial refund from the admin for an order (via Stripe). However I noticed that this partial refund was not applied to the vendor. The vendors Sales and Earnings are not changed nor is the withdraw balance.

    Is this normal? Shouldn’t refunds be applied to the vendor’s account?

    Dokan Stripe Connect is not available on the free version of Dokan. Kindly for further information contact us from here. Because we cannot discuss anything that’s not related to the free version of a plugin as per WordPress community rules.

    @shafinahmad01 – thanks for the replay. Sorry if I wasn’t clear. I am not talking about the Dokan Stripe Connect. I am referring to a partial refund using the WooCommerce Stripe Gateway plugin (from WooCommerce).

    We haven’t found any issues regarding that plugin. A solution cannot be provided without proper investigation. But don’t worry, though it’s a third-party plugin, if the issue is coming from Dokan then we will do our utmost to assist within our support policy.

    I think the issue is the partial refund. As I refunded only a portion, the order status stayed as complete. I think if I was to refund the whole amount the status would change to ‘refunded’ and then perhaps this would then show in the Vendor reports.

    I also see that WooCommerce’s own Analytics also does not show any changes after the partial refund.

    Hi,

    Sorry I have been unable to following this up. I don’t get a lot of partial refunds so I am not able to recreate the error. I will try to setup a test local site and test it there and follow up here.
