We’ve seen over the last couple days that the Facebook for WooCommerce plugin has been causing errors during the refund process, and it appears that you have that installed.

Version 2.1.3 of the plugin has been released to resolve that issue. Can you please update Facebook for WooCommerce to the latest version and then see if refunds work after that?
