Refuses to go away

  • When one installs software of any sort, one expects to be able to uninstall it. Gotcha! No such luck. Can’t get rid of it no matter what I try. Disabling does nothing, Deactivating does nothing. Go to the Disqus site and try to find a way to kill the whole account…no such luck.

    Does someone have a way to get rid of this plug in without having to find every last line of code and remove it manually?

    Discovered a problem on my site that was retaining it. All is well now. Will even use this again.

    I’m glad you got it worked out.

    When I have bad behaving plugin, sometimes I find it easier to remove it via FTP or cpanel.
