Regain Access To Your Website – Details on Bug

    What happened – Stupid update broke websites.. How: The most called file on wordpress admin-ajax.php is now creating multiple 404 errors per page load.

    The result – IP Address used is now Blacklisted per settings to protect website.

    The fix – Log in to your backend via mobile device or other cpu and whitelist your IP Address from locked out computer/device. This will not help viewers but will allow you to clear logs and disable plugin.

    Scenerio 2: Cant login website
    What happened: They deleted the secret key used to gain access.
    The Solution: Access via alternate text link created prior to update. (example yourwebsite.com/your_page_name)

    correct me if im wrong but I think you might be able to whitelist your IP by directly editing your .htaccess file if you have the permission set to do so on your FTP software
