regarding gtin code

    Hi

    we are reseller of branded item online, so do we need Gtin number? we are not manufacturer or brand owners. we just buy from them and sell products through retail and online.

    already the brand has EAN barcode on each products.

    so do we need to create another number as GTIN/EAN number on each products to sell online.?

    suppose if we create another code from your plugin, will it have any conflicts between original brand owner EAN number and our new generated code with your plugin? will it be allowed in online selling especially google?

    pls advise on the above thanks.

    Hi there,

    If the products you are selling already have EAN barcodes provided by the brand, there is no need to create another GTIN/EAN number using the plugin. You can use the existing EAN barcode for online selling, including on platforms like Google. There should not be any conflicts between the original brand owner’s EAN number and the one generated by the plugin, as long as you are using the correct barcode for each product.

    And regarding compatible, Yes, the plugin is compatible with the latest version of WordPress

    will your module has the feature of generating new 13 digit EAN code for (country india) woocomerce products and variations? pls advise thanks.
