    Hello,
    We are using Metforms on our site.
    We have 2 forms on my site,one is working fine but the form on my last page that is order now page is not working properly.
    It shows something went wrong but form get submitted and also get the confirmation email but not getting the Notification email.
    Please help us to resolve this issue as soon as possible.

    The problem of the “Something Went Wrong” response on Metform form Submission usually occurs for a few reasons. The most possible reason for this problem and also a solution for this problem is given below-

      SMTP is not enabled or configured. To receive admin email notifications and to send email confirmations to users make sure you have an SMTP email server enabled. If you don’t have any idea about it please contact your hosting provider.

      While configuring the Metform form, Make sure you have enabled the Store Entries Option or Admin Notification option.

      If you have enabled Admin Notification, then please make sure you have Entered an email (https://scrgrb.in/olx) to receive the user data on that Email.

    We have seen that you have filled form in wprdpress dashboard and you may have got confirmation email also.
    But we haven’t got notification email.
    And if this problem is with SMTP then other form on About Us page should also have this issue,but it’s working fine.
