Regarding the rich snippets

I have a question regarding the rich snippets.
I have two identical websites:
https://www.woodenhottubsale.co.uk/garden-outdoor-saunas-bbq-huts/
https://www.badetonneholz.de/fasssauna-aussensauna-garten-vorraum-holzofen-kaufen/The difference is the language. In German website, Google gives a 5-star review in SERP, in English – not.
Am I missing something?
