• Hello,

I saw that you answered my latest question, however not the one before that.

When is the next version due?

Also, What is the expected meta that should be posted to facebook for instance?

Currently when an activity is shared, this is how it looks, no matter what activity is shared: https://snag.gy/3sBlhL.jpg

I cannot change the title or anything in the post. It would be nice if the meta data from the post is taken from the activity.

If the information is not dynamic, where can I change what is actually written in that post? I would prefer “Wow, something is going on in Estepona Business Centre” Rather than the plain: “- Estepona Business Centre”

Any thoughts on this? Is this expected behaviour?

When is next version coming so logged out users can share too?

    Thanks!

    Marcus

  • Yes that is what happens to me too…it shares the page it looks like…not the post

    When looking into it:

Press the link that is shared and you will find that it is linking to the activity under the members slug.

So it actually shares only that members single activity, which has no featured image and also no meta to include.

With W3TC I cannot find anywhere to edit the meta for that activity.

It would be great however if:

The title was predefined by me.

The description taken from the activity content.

The og:image should be the first image appearing in the content. (not ie the logo)

It would also be great if you when sharing it to Facebook, have the option to change, image title and content. (but this I don’t think is possible.. )
