Regenerate Failure

  • If I select5 or 6 thumbnails I get an error. Additionally, I have a 32 MB – 64 MB files, will Regenerate Thumbnails work for those? I get this when I try to hit regenerate for the larger MB files as stated above:

    Reason I am asking is whenever I upload Images of these sizes (to sell full size), it doesn’t seem WordPress is creating the image preview, so I figured I would try to regenerate so that they would have a preview. What are your thoughts?

    Hi guys, it’s been a week. Any help on why this is happening?

    Not working for me too. But I find that it doesn’t work on the new WordPress version, others regenerate plugins also didn’t works.

    I’m getting the same errors.

    I’m having the same error with this plugin. Any updates on the fix for this?

    Guys, I’ve figures out my problem. It’s due to a conflict with the EWWW Image Optimizer plugin. After disabling the EWWW plugin, the thumbnail regeneration works without any errors.

    It’s an issue with ImageMagick and hosting limitations. Adding this line to the top of my .htaccess file to limit ImageMagick to a single thread resolved it for me:

    SetEnv MAGICK_THREAD_LIMIT 1

    @darkangel7 disabling EWWW Image Optimizer worked for me as well. Thanks for the suggestion!
