Regenerate only featured images

Is it possible to regenerate thumbnails only for featured post images?
I have alot of images, but most of the thumbnails I want regenerated are for the featured images. So regenerating for all images takes a lot of time and resources.

If it’t not possible, I’ll leave it as a suggestion for future features ??
