Regenerate thumbnails

    Hello,

    It is impossible to regenerate thumbnails for cloned site using plugin Regenerate Thumbnails. I got this error:

    ERROR: The fullsize image file cannot be found in your uploads directory at 2019/05/test.jpg. Without it, new thumbnail images can’t be generated.

    Could you please advise how to make it work?

    Hi @ugenijus – if you examine the uploads directory for the cloned site (like /wp-content/uploads/sites/10/2019/05), are there any files there?

    Yes there are files, images

    Also I cannot upload any image to this clone site. Uploading to main site or another network site (not a clone) is ok. Folder permissions is 755

    Cloned site upload path settings was /home/user/domains/domain.eu/public_html/wp-content/uploads/sites/3 and it does not work. I found that simple created site upload path settings is /home/user/domains/domain.eu/public_html/wp-content/uploads, so I changed cloned site upload path settings to
    /home/user/domains/domain.eu/public_html/wp-content/uploads and now everything is ok.

    Thanks for the update @ugenijus. Glad you got it figured out. We’ll take a look at that to see if we can improve the upload path handling there for the future.
