Regenerate Thumbnails

Hi,

Just wondering, if you force regenerate thumbnails, will i have to watermark again? and will that have to be manually or will it automatically watermark on regen?

Edit: i did check in the media tab to see if i see the watermark and most of them show it but the watermark did not show up on the front end since i did the regenerate.
