    Force Regenerate Thumbnails Version: 2.0.6 generates errors with WordPress 4.8.1 running Betheme theme

    After successfully regenerating a few thumbnails, start to see this result for images –

    function (){return f&&(c&&!b&&(h=f.length-1,g.push(c)),function d(b){n.each(b,function(b,c){n.isFunction(c)?a.unique&&j.has(c)||f.push(c):c&&c.length&&”string”!==n.type(c)&&d(c)})}(arguments),c&&!b&&i()),this}

    It stops progressing at about 25.1%

    Process Information
    Total: 263
    Success: 55
    Failure: 12

    Page refresh then required.

    A couple of images are now corrupted (incomplete – half height)

    Another post indicates problems arise due to the program not checking the extension of the image – so if there were images of same name but different extensions, this causes problems.
    Solution by editing on line of code in force-regenerate-thumbnails.php

    I did this but still got the same error- failure at image 23 and again at 75, however regenerating continues to progress farther than previously now at 30%
