I set a field with regex validation to “Phone – general” but I have some users that are still able to input invalid phone numbers like: “I don’t have a phone”.

How can I avoid that my users input letters and only real phone numbers?

Edit: I also want to allow “+”, “/”, spaces and dots. It’s about Belgian phone/landline numbers.

I’m sorry for the late reply. But here is the thing… I don’t have a premium license and I’m using the free plugin here from www.ads-software.com … Maybe it’s a bug related to that.

    Hi there,

Could you please provide us with the URL of the form? We will check which field you have used for the phone number and get back to you accordingly.

    Regards!
