    I’m using the theme OceanWP.
At checkout, the country and region selector are not woocommerce based but they are browser based. How can I roll back to the standard one?

In particular, it happens only for not logged users and only with multi step checkout.

    How to reproduce:
    1. Go to the link provided
    2. add the product to the cart, and then go to checkout
    3. do not login and click on next
    4. trying to select the region will use the browser-specific selector: it won’t be possible to search for a specific region.

    Hi @tommaso99,

    4. trying to select the region will use the browser-specific selector: it won’t be possible to search for a specific region.

This is what I see on checkout and I’m not sure I’ve understood what is missing here. When I click on “Seleziona un’opzione” I can only see cities and not regions.

This is not the default WooCommerce Checkout and you can roll back by creating a new Checkout page and using the woocommerce_checkout shortcode. There is more information on this support page: https://woocommerce.com/document/woocommerce-pages/.

    Best regards.

    Thank you for your answer.
if you click on “seleziona un’opzione” you will see a list of cities, but not the standard list of Woocommerce.
If you’re logged in, “seleziona un’opzione” will show the standard woocommerce list of the cities, and you’ll be able to search the city.

However, the second option should be available for all the users, logged in or not.

I attached the two different lists:

    Hello,

I was checking the site per your instructions.

trying to select the region will use the browser-specific selector: it won’t be possible to search for a specific region.

Did you try the solution mentioned by Mirko, you can install the pages again, please check:
    https://woocommerce.com/document/woocommerce-pages/#install-pages-again

Let us know how it goes.

We haven’t heard back from you in a while, so I’m going to mark this as resolved – we’ll be here if and/or when you are ready to continue.

    Best.
