Register Box doens't fully show

Hi there!

Hope you’re having a wonderful day so far as well as your week.

When you click on the “Register” link under “Lost your password?” (NOT the Registration under Info Menu)the pop-up box get lost in the navigation where you can’t see where the user needs to type a username.

How do I fix that? Please help.
