Register Buddydress users as players

Hello,
I see here (https://www.themeboy.com/blog/sportspress-2-3-update-mode-switching-user-registration/) that it’s possible create a players sSportsPress when an user wordpress will register on site.
My question is: if I have Buddypress, is it possibile to have that when an user will be registered for Buddypress it will create a player for SportsPress?
