Register button not working

    I created login and register pages with your plugin but the latter is not working, i.e this is generated code

    <input class="disabled" name="wp-submit" id="wp-submit" value="Register" type="submit">
			<input name="redirect_to" value="https://ams6.siteground.eu/~gtafacto/capbas/login/?pending=approval" type="hidden">
			<input name="instance" value="" type="hidden">
			<input name="action" value="register" type="hidden">

    If you click on it, nothing happens.

    I suspect some plugin is conflicting with form but can’t understand how. Login is working, by the way: just with registration got some problem.

    The plugin already creates login and registration pages. Were they not sufficient?

    Finally another validation plugin was blocking form, problem was related to that. Sorry but I didn’t noticed yet, thanks ??
