Register different user roles

  • Hi,

    I need to register 2 different types of user (roles) based on a radio-button answer.

    At the moment it seems that it will take the default setting of Subscriber. Please note that I have enabled User Moderation.

    Hi Jeff,

    Please correct me if I am wrong. You wrote a plugin which uses the user role to create a user state (Pending). As a result I cannot use the usual methods to register a user with a role. I have been jumping through hoops to find a solution. The least you could do is tell me to look into modules/user-moderation/user-moderation.php for the function activate_new_user().

    I know you are doing it for free and all that and I don’t want to sound like an ungrateful idiot but your answer was not helpful at all.
