Register emails to admin

Hi,
Is there any way to send the registration email based on a metafield?
For example, if new user select “One” in a select box, email should be sent to “[email protected]”, and if user select “Two” in the select box, then email should be sent to “[email protected]”.
Is that possible?

I made some tests using “metavalue” format (https://imgur.com/THcet8J) and “user_metavalue” (https://imgur.com/7MgMmRe) into the field, but it doesn’t work.
Am I filling in the fields correctly? Please, find attached 2 screenshots.In my example, I have a metafield called “dropdown1”, and:
– If user select option “first” destination email should be [email protected].
– If user select option “second” destination email should be [email protected].
In both cases I receive the email in the “Admin email address”.
