    Hi @mpfenninger ,

Greetings from the Eventin support team. Thanks for reaching out to us.

Maybe your cart page is not getting somehow by the Eventin plugin when you try to buy tickets.  Would you please select the redirect option to the “Cart” or “Checkout”: https://prnt.sc/Lcr0v4sxApl1 page? And then try one more time. And if it does not work, then please create a new cart page.

Without checking your site we are unable to find out the issue from your side. For that, we have to check your site.

Looks like it’s conflicting with other plugins or something.

We will suggest you do deactivate all plugins one by one from your site and check if your system is working correctly or not. After trying all these things, if your problem is not solved then, It would be great if you follow our PINNED post and reach us so that we can help you with additional steps.

    Hope you can understand.

    Thanks for being with us.

    Best Regards

Thank you for your reply. I had to disable the payment option for woocommerce/stripe. Customers argue, that sometimes the can register and sometimes not. This is not satisfying me. Now, I would like to creat only one event with the payment option. However this option seems not availbale with eventin. Please tell me the timeframe for this option. I am sure, that this is in everyone’s interest and should be an essential feature of any event plugin.

    Thank you for your reply,

    Michael

    Hi,

That is not supposed to happen. Our plugin has 10k+ users. And they are using it with WooCommerce/Stripe easily without any issues. It seems this is happening for your cache plugin.?

And please set your permalink as “Post Type” from Settings > Permalinks menu.?

If you have any cache plugins then please deactivate them for some days. And then try again after clearing your server cache. If it is working well then you have to disable the js minification option from your cache plugin. We can help you more about it if you follow our PINNED post and reach us. Then we can help you more with it.

    Hope you can understand.

Thanks for being with us, Good day!

    Best Regards
