Register form doesn’t work

    Verify that your configuration is correct: UM -> Settings -> General -> Pages

    It’s OK, thank you so much,
    but the header and footer are not displayed.
    you could find it on my site.

    Hi @ditout

    Try editing the Login page and see if the template is using a full width/page builder template. Change it to the default template to show the header and footer.
